I did not implement this because recompiling a single routine is trivial and I thought that just providing wildcarding would be fairly useless. I'd guess what you want is to make a run for some routines with PDQPRIORITY set to n and another run for the remaining routines with PDQPRIORITY set to m. Hmm, I could probably use something like the -i/-x mechanism. You could have a file listing the special routine names then do -ifilename for the special run to compile routines on that list and -xfilename for the 'normal' run to compile routines not in the list.
