ISM on Informix IDS 11.7

I am trying to setup ISM backups on Informix IDS 11.7. It looks like everything is setup correctly. I can see devices and volumes and I can start a level 0 backup with onbar. But when the onbar backup starts it says that the level 0 backup has started and has successfully connected to the Storage Manager. Then I get the following error: 2011-03-30 12:39:00 4259860 9175176 (-43296) WARNING: BAR_TIMEOUT Storage Manger Progress may be stalled. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Phil
