Informix SE 7.2 HELP

I have a customer who is installing Informix SE ver 7.2 on a new IBM AIX server. They are getting a 908 error. Informixdir and Informixserver are all set correctly here is the error 908: Attempt to connect to database server (nalfse2) failed.no record locks available The sqlhosts file has in it nalfse2 sesoctcp X.X.X.X 8050 were X.X.X.X is the machine's IP address Anyone have any ideas?
