Hoi to Backup RAW devices?

Hello, We've currently installed BAAN IV on INFormix online 7.23 on a HP-UX-RISC machine (9000). We used 2 RAW volumes to store our BAAN-ERP-DATA How can we backup this DATA using informix or unix? Is there a script to do this automatically? Please post or e-mail me your answers. Thanks in advance.
