I'm not sure if there are ODBC drivers out there that will allow DOS connectivity. If you mean Windows, then almost every development tool out there will give you ODBC connectivity, and NewEra and PowerBuilder (and I'm sure many others) will give you native support. If you mean DOS, I think there used to be an I-Net port for DOS, but I doubt you'd still be able to get hold of it.
