Informix Oledb Provider

Hi, I am using the Informix Oledb Provider distributed by informix. ie "ifxoledbc.dll". I am testing this provider using a sample consumer application given by OleDb SDK. The example is "QueryDemo". So when I intialize the provider by providing Provider Name as : ifxoledbc, Datasource: dbname@service, userid: informix userid, and password. But its giving the error by saying "Base table can not be found". So I am wondering is there any base table required to connect, or is there any wrong in providing values for different parameters. So the basic initialization is failing. As I am new to this it's very difficult to detect what's the problem is. I'll appreciate if any one can help me regarding this problem. You need to run SQL script %INFORMIXDIR%\\etc\\coledbp.sql against sysmaster as user informix. It should be in the manual.
