one table recovery (SQL-BackTrack, arcunload, ?)

Hi, I'm trying to find the best (or any) way of one table recovery from Level 0 archive. While attempts to do this with arcunload are currently unseccessful (7.23, HP-UX 10.01, 4GB database), I want to understand other possible ways. Have you this type experience with SQL-BackTrack in combination with ontape or ON-Bar ? Is it necessary to have some 'free' instance with the same disk space for this purpose?
