Help Needed for Communication between Informix and Oracle

Hi, Informixers: We have a project which involves Informix appilcation on SUN Sparcstation and Oracle application on HP9000. An electronical interface will be designed to exchange data between two RDBMS applications. The interfacing will not occur real time. That is to say that while data entry is being performed on an application on a server, it is not accessing the other application's data on the other server. But data will be transferred in hourly intervals. Are there any software packages doing file transferring between Informix and Oracle? Any suggestions about design and implementation experience are appreciated.
