Seeking Advise on Documentation tools

Hello Netland, We are at a point in time where we really need to update both our technical and end user doucmentation. We're not at all happy with what we have currently and we're ready to just start fresh. All of our docs are just plain text files created with vi... We're ready to move into the '90s and we're looking for something that'll help us expedite this task. Can someone recommend some tools or utilities for this purpose, preferably DOS or Windows based? Are there any tools out there that'll turn the result of dbschema into something more graphical??? I understand there are documentation packages out there now for Paradox.
