Pros and Cons of 4GL's

I'm preparing a presentation and I would like get some input. I need to present the pros and cons of a 4gl paradigmic approach. I also would need to be able to say how the market views 4gls now (whether they are on the demise or not). I need online and printed references and am hoping someone can point me towards some articles of interest. My audience is wanting to be convinced the 3gls are the better option over 4gls and I'd like to have some info to support those claims as well.
