Re: Advanced 4GL Programming Manual (docs update)

--begin forwarded message-- The Informix Technical Publications Group has no plans at the current time to prepare an Advanced 4GL by Example text. We're about finished with a new and vastly improved (we believe) documentation set which will accompany the 4GL for MS Windows release. At that point we turn our attentions to documenting the next generation 4GL product suite. However, I'm very interested in hearing more about what customers would like to see in an Advanced 4GL by Example book (or, for that matter, any other text that would help developers to make better use of 4GL). Please let us know what you'd like to see in the way of printed or online documentation. While we can't commit to preparing the documents you request, we will review each suggestion carefully and look for ways to accommodate each request. Thanks.
