They are very professional and attentive. In the last 2 years, since Informix has hired a new customer support VP, I've seen tremendous improvement in tech support and customer service. I rate them very good, compared to others I've encountered. -- ========================== standard disclaimers apply ======================== Michael T. Reed, DBA, HCIA, Inc.
