A few things: Installation is very tricky. There are about 6 manuals that cover various aspects of it, each with little pieces of the information you need. In addition, there are documentation notes on the disks that need to be read. One of the worst hacks is the need to set the DBPATH environment variable, which points to where you keep the database files, using the format "/c=/dir" where "c" is the drive specifier. I'm not making this up. In addition, technical support isn't up to speed on the product, so there's not much help from that direction. I'm interested in hearing other people's impressions.
