Unix SVR4 Accounting

I need an accounting system to keep track of transactions, I/O, etc. for bill-back purposes to work on Unix System V Release 4. Especially if it can keep track of "Informix" I/O's going against raw space (I know, I'm dreaming). Anyway, I'm open to anything anyone has to say about a daily, weekly, monthly tracking system which will report downtime, computer hogs, etc. -- AND how it has worked in your organization. Thanks!!
