Hard way is to write a 4GL-callable C function. Then you can use the
getpid() system call directly.
Easy way is to launch your 4GL program from a shell script, like:
#!/bin/sh
exec fglgo myprog.4go $$
Then arg_val(1) returns the pid in myprog.4gl.
