Data replication mechanism

The company I work for wants to use a data replication mechanism to synchronize in real time databases in regional offices with the central DB. The DB in question is SE 7.10 which I believe does not by itself support data replication. The communication is through a dedicated TCP/IP line. Does anyone know any good products that could do this ? Also, advice from people who have been in similar situations is welcome. Thank you, Chris
I would suggest upgrading Informix 7.3 DS. Other options are third party replication products like praxis or creating your own replication using triggers, stored procedures and queue tables. In the end, it comes down to your needs, developments costs or product costs. The full replication functions are bundled with most versions of dynamic server for both unix and NT with the exception of the work group server. Christian, You should also look at PeerDirect which can replicate Informix 7.3 over any TCP/IP network. Check it out at http://www.peerdirect.com.
