42r are Four J's extension (www.4js.com). Version specified (3.54) means a pre-genero version called BDS. Unfortunatly, if you do not have *.per and *.4gl, you are doomed: there is no known way to decompile 4js code. Depending on the complexity of the application and specially as it is a web application, I would recommend you investigate Java or PHP.
