has anyone had the following error?
machine # 1 - sun 690, Online 5.00.uc2, i-star 5.00.uc2
machine # 2 - sun 690, Online 5.00.uc3, i-star 5.00.uc3
i create a table on machine 2 using the following sql script. i load the
data from an identical table on machine 1. i attempt to index the table
i just created (as informix) on machine 2 and get the following error:
212: Cannot add index. 2: No such file or directory
i have checked (tbchecked -cI and -cD) both tables with no errors detected.
i have at least 200 megabytes of free space to create the new table and
index it. i can select data from the new table at will with no errors. i
have the same error for all the other (400+) tables of any size that i try
to create/load in the same manner. i have created/loaded much smaller tables
without getting this error.
