We are going to do this. We will start by doing new developments in Java. Eventually we will rewrite old functionality in new Java programs. At that time we can support any platform. There are solutions out there that are supposed to make your 4GL applications runable on Windows NT. They may be usefull as a stopgap solution. You will however not be happy with this over time. Your users will eventually complain that it isn't real Windows programs. In the long run there is no alternative but to rewrite your applications in some language that runs on both platforms. The one we see as best suited for this in the long run is Java.
