out of memory and 4GL hags

Hi Informixers My situation looks like a mystery. Maybe somebody crossed with the situation. HP-UX 10.20, IDS 7.30 UC6, 4GL 7.20.UD4 In general the situation is very simple. When start a 4GL client Informix server is going out of virtual shared memory and after that client hags. It's all except: 1. It has happened about once per two weeks and increasing SHMVIRTSIZE doesn't increase a period between errors. 2. HP-UX has about 1.3 GB free shared memory. When Informix try to add the segment in next times an engine doesn't have any error. 3. 4GL client doesn't consist any user input and hags forever without any error from an engine or 4GL side. 4. Changing type if connection (tcp/shm) doesn't help. 5. It isn't bug #84947. How can I avoid the situation ? Any idea any input will be very appreciated.
