Changing Colors in RDS

We have our 4GL application running on Informix RDS 4.13 for SCO Unix with white letters and numbers on black background on the display. Our users now prefer to see reverse video on the screen. They want black letters and numbers (foreground) on white background. Most of them have black and white monochrome ansi monitors or terminals. I want to change the assigned colors using informix, because only this application has to be changed. So I looked into /usr/informix/etc/termcap but couldn´t find a way to switch the fore- and background colors there. Who can give me some hints?
Hi. We use the following ZA chain in the $INFORMIXDIR/etc/termcap file :ZA=\\E[0m\\E[%?%p1%{0}%=%t37m\\E[1m%e%p1%{1}%=%t33m\\E[1m%e%p1%{2}%=%t35m\\E[1m% e%p1%{3}%=%t31m\\E[1m%e%p1%{4}%=%t36m\\E[1m%e%p1%{5}%=%t32m\\E[1m%e%p1%{6}%=%t3 4m\\E[0m%e%p1%{7}%=%t30m\\E[1m%;\\E[44m%?%p2%t\\E[7m\\E[5m%;%?%p3%t\\E[5m%;%?%p4%t \\E[4m%;: you may change the first occurence of "37" and th last occurence of "44" to change the foreground and background colors (0=black, 1=red, 2=green, 3=brown, 4=blue, 5=magenta, 6=cyan, 7=white, so that 37="white foreground" and 44=blue background) Philippe Ralf Drache <rdrache@compuserve.com> a 'crit dans le message : 3810695A.F4BF1DBE@compuserve.com... I still need some help with the format of the ":ZA" parameter. Where exactly do the numbers form 0 to 7 for the different colors have to be inserted/changed to assign a certain color to background and foreground? What does "37" and "44" stand for?
