best way to fragment existing large table?

Problem: 1 table containing in excess of 19,000,000 rows that is contained in one dbspace, not fragmented(obviously), and with more extents than I care to mention. I need a way to slowly (over the course of several days so as not to interfere with production) fragment the table into multiple dbspaces. I plan on fragmenting by expression. Any ideas
