Logical Log Backup Informix 9.4 linux

I have one question: I am runnig async HDR. If a logical Log is full, it normally alarmscript ist called and it is backuped. Know I see, that sometimes after log file change alarm script is not called, online.log says logical log is finished. A little while later, someteimes a little longer alarm.sh is called and logical log is backuped. (Backup wia ontape to disk) Is this a bug, a feature or ...? Thanks Sven

If you mirror logdbs (on which log is residing) in different disk, you should be fine, If disk with primary logdbs fails server will continue with mirrored space. Please ignore my previous posting, It was in response to some other question which I wrongly posted here. To your problem, can you give more details on - how much delay you noticed (please send the part of online.log ) - the size of your logfile for which you are seeing the delay.
