DATE format problem

I have migrated the database from Informix Online 7.12 to Online 7.22 recently. Because there are many tables contain 'date' data format and the date format like "MM/DD/YYYY" in the original database. The new engine told me that format is incorrect. Does anyone know how to set the variable "DBDATE" or "GL_DATE" on Informix 7.22 for the same date format ? Thanks.... Jung-Hui Cheng cheng@dbtel.com.tw DBTEL Incorporated.
