GLS Japanese Language

Has anybody got so called the International Language Supplement (ILS)? I am trying to get my 7.2x Informix database to work with Japanese language. However, my informix salesperson takes much time to find out the supplement. I wonder if anybody knows about this and actually used it for projects. Kenji
