It depends on your requirements. If chunk 0 of your root dbspace must also be resized, you are looking at a complete unload and reload of the system, I think. Assuming you aren't 100% fanatical about increasing the size of chunk 0 of the root dbspace, then you can add the new large chunks, migrate the data into them (alter fragment), and then drop the old ones.
