Yes you do not have enough memory on this machine for 400MB of virtual
shared memory plus 500MB of buffers. Cut down the number of buffers to
no more than 100000 for this machine. BTW you could reduce the number
buffers even further for the restore then when complete bring the engine
down, increase buffers to a reasonable level then restart. The restore
process uses no buffers from the buffer pool and only a few hundres are
really needed for the logical recovery that follows the physical
restore.
