New Version of utils2_ak installed in the Repository

I have uploaded, and Walt has installed, a new version of utils2_ak which includes feature updates and bug fixes to myschema.ec, dbcopy.ec, and dostats.ec. Dostats includes new support for UPDATE STATISTICS FOR PROCEDURE... adds a COMMIT WORK after each table is completed to release resources held in mode ANSI databases and a bug fix when LOW stats were output to a file. Myschema adds support for OL5.xx databases, a new option to calculate NEXT SIZE as a % of the output EXTENT SIZE, and a fix to floating point DECIMAL type column output. Dbcopy adds a -V option to print version info, a '-w wait' option to specify the LOCK MODE WAIT timeout, improved output of non-printables to the error logfile to aid reloading error rows, and some code was rewritten to make it easier to understand and maintain and to improve reliability.
