We were told that we were not held by processes, but the amount of users logged in to the system at any one given time using informix, and that user can have has many children as it wants. Depending on what day you called informix would depend on what answer you recieved!! I have heard many. As I understand it Informix is undergoing a new Licenseing scheme and purchasing structure.
