Data Retrieval to Windows

This may be an easy question for a non newbie so here it goes. With Informix 7.x on Solaris 2.5 I need to grab some data from the database while sitting at my Win95 system. This data that I will retreive will be a U.R.L. that needs to be hot, just like a u.r.l. in your email in outlook express. You can click on it and it will take you to the address. The question is: What Win95 tools are available to help me pull and present data from an informix database.
