After posting here to find out more info, I tried to get a ODBC driver from Bull Express, but when I called to get more info, they told me that they would take my money now, but the product wouldn't be released until the end of August (I got the advertising mailer in May). You can try the 800 number below for Bull, and see if you get a different story.
