Assuming you are an Online user check out onlog in the Administrator's
guide. Some of the switch options don't work and you might need to
tinker with the order of switches in the command, but you can find
out what happened. It will run from a logical log that still resides
on disk but I understand that will impede performance.
I always run it against the logical log file tape rendition.
