Vers. of ODBC from NewEra 2.00 to 2.12

Is there any differences in the Versions of the ODBC driver for NewEra 2.00 verse NewEra 2.12? Also SE? I would also like to hear from those of you who have installed the 6.X SE supplied with NewEra. I want to hear about any DBA or/and User Data Access problems you have noticed.
