Size machine for 35 simultaneous 4GL users?

-> A client running an I4GL app has suddenly recognized the value of the -> Internet and is about to expand the maximum number of simultaneous users of -> the app from about 8 to maybe 35 or 40. The app is for an education company: -> a student database with maybe 50,000 student records, course records and -> schedules, etc. It has been alleged (by people other than me!) that all you would need to do is up your RAM to +- 96MB. My personal experience with a similarly sized app is that an IBM RS/6000 model 320H (64MB RAM) is a winner.
