with reoptimization option

Informix gurus, I wish to know if the syntax of with reoptimization with open cursor for a prepared statement is ANSI compliant or not. Is it informix specific feature or is it also offered by other databases. Any help you can offer is highly appreciated. khem.chander@wal-mart.com
