On the eve of its expiry we were informed that we would have to move to Passport Advantage and that would be an increase by 80 fold ( 8000%). (Admittedly we were probably on a good thing on the previous contract.) The alternative was to upgrade from 7.31 (Tru64) to 9.4 which would only cost us 25 times our previous contract and get a year support for free. Management had said there would be no pay reviews this year. I guess there will be none next year now:-(
