What does this mean? What is the logical logs directory? Are your logs stored in cooked files or are you setting PSORT_DBTEMP to the name of a dbspace? PSORT_DBTEMP must be set to a list of directory names. > The manual says to use DBSPACETEMP. I set up DBSPACETEMP as an > environmental variable and ran the sort queries but it would still blow > up. When I used PSORT_DBTEMP as an environmental variable, setting it to > /tmp, the queries work. DBSPACETEMP must be set to a list of dbspace names, NOT directory names. Also, PSORT_DBTEMP will over-ride the DBSPACETEMP variable. So 'unset' PSORT_DBTEMP if you want to use DBSPACETEMP. > We had this same problem sometime back when we had our configuration > variable PSORT_DBTEMP set to /tmp. The bottom line here is that, which ever file system you have set PSORT_DBTEMP to hasn't got enough space for what you are trying to do. If you want to use the file system, then change the value of PSORT_DBTEMP. Otherwise, if you want to use OnLine disk space, then unset PSORT_DBTEMP and set DBSPACETEMP to dbspaces that DO have enough space.
