Informix stored procedure

I have a problem about writing SQL Windows program. Because most of work in my program is batch-job, I want to put the batch-job in Informix stored procedure(we use Informix DB in the server site) in order to reduce the network load. But the stored procedure is not allowed to use two dimention array or pointer variables, I even can't complete my program. Is anyone there can help me to solve the problem. THANX! Elisa
