[...course list cut...] The URL for information on those and other courses is: http://www.informix.com/informix/services/educat/edu.htm The last I heard, Informix was not distributing course material to anyone but students of the course. That is, you are welcome to the material without having to sit through the course, but you must show up on the first day, after paying the full fee, and take them with you. This is less than an official pronouncement from Informix, but correct as of the last time I checked.
