IDS Developer Edition

The IDS 11.5 Developer edition,
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/data/informix/ids/developer/ , is this a fully
functional IDS database for the most part?
We have a production database and I'd like to set up a developmental database
whereby I can have the same schema and database in our developmental db as in
the production db. I'd use an ontape method to transfer the production to the
developmental database.
It's fully functional but limited on DB size, CPU usage, # users, and
memory.
