Try:
select distinct e.dbsname, d.name
from sysextents e,
sysdbspaces d
where dbsname in (select name from sysdatabases)
and d.dbsnum = trunc(e.start/1048576);
I had to add the "IN" clause on my system because otherwise it returned some spurious
entries related to a fragmented table and a fragmented index.

I write shell script on unix and i want to remove data base and the
spaces which belong to
this database so i now how to remove data base from the command line , i
know how
to remove space too, but i don't know how to find the space name (it can
has more then one space)
It need to be something like
space_name=< command to find the spaces>
