I've commented that (a) if your problem is valid, and I've no specific reason to think otherwise (though I don't remember seeing a convincing test case that demonstrates the problem), then yes, there is a problem in the I4GL 7.30 and IDS 9.30 combination, but (b) both products are out of date and any resolution is going to involve an upgrade.
