Selection from IBM AIX / RHEL 3 for IBM pSeries

Can anyone share your experience or suggest on a choice of selection between os IBX AIX/ RHEL 3 to run on IBM pSeries 520 (2way 1.5GHz POWER5 proc.) to host an IDS 10.0 Database Server? Ours is small business organization having a database size of less than 10 GB and abt 25 simultaneous users. Present applications are Informix-4GL based, but thinking of migrating to eGL/Rational/WebSphere environment. Any of your suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanx.
