ODBC, Informix, sqlCA/sqlError and Delphi

Is there a way in Delphi to gain access to the SQL communications area for ODBC calls to look at the error information returned? I am trying to move an application (parts of it anyway) from Unix Informix/4GL to Delphi and really need to access the error codes so I can do things based on conditions. I am using Intersolv Drivers (2.11), Informix 5 with I-NET 5 and Delphi 1.02 now going to 2.0 soon. Thanks in advance for your advice.
