You need to log-in on your NT machine and run regcopy.exe for each NT user. Log in a IUSR_HOSTNAME and run it, also as administrator. You can find regcopy in your informix\\bin. Also, make sure you are using the correct version of INFORMIX-setnet32. I think you need at least 9.0. I know this may sound strange, I had the same problem and this fixed it. Good Luck....
