OnBar and ISManager

Hi, I've tried to set up my ISManager with the doc included in ONBARDOC_7.3-documents. Everything works fine until the point 12. where I should mount the ISM volumes with the ism_op command: following the error message: ...$ ism_op -mount /dev/rStp0 nsrmm: error, tape label read I've looked after any notes about this message but there was nothing to find. If you could help me...I'm currently using Informix 7.31.UC2. Thanks in advance Andy
