mtshpool.c and engine panic

Has anyone experienced this mtshpool.c error? 05:35:32 mtshpool.c, line 2537, thread 380, proc id 600, Condition Failed ( ((( ulong)blkaddr - (ulong)sp->se_addr) % SE_BLKSIZE == 0)), In (freeblks) Thread(380, sqlexec, 0, 5). 05:35:32 PANIC: Attempting to bring system down I have had other mtshpool.c crashes, but this one is new.
