Am I just dumb or what?

Dear All, Here's the situation: we need a mobile diary. Various key staff have been issued with notebooks, and we want a simple diary which will allow for planning meetings and a central database. We also want copies of our diaries on hand when we're out of the office. So, roll on Schedule+. But instead, I thought I'd get clever and use this as an exercise in mobile computing with NewEra. It has all the components: GUI, connectivity and a local database. However, unless I've missed something, there's no way you can simultaneously access the local SE and a remote SE/OnLine. I mean, I can simultaneously connect (with ODBC) to MS Access and my OnLine server... Also, I'm told that you can't build an ODBC connection to the local database. Any ideas?
