Attempting to set PDQPRIORITY via CLI Client

Hi All, I am attempting run parallel DSS queries utilizing a ODBC/CLI-32 connection to a 7.30 engine (UNIX). I cannot figure out where to specify this other than within the SQL statement. Hence, while utilizing reporting software (Impromptu) on the client, I cannot add the SQL entry. While running dbaccess on the database host I am able to "set PDQPRIORITY 100;" within the SQL statement and/or "set PDQPRIORITY=100" as an environment variable, the query then runs in parallel.
