Hi, I've got some XML stored in a table. Anyone know how to get the value of an XML attribute using an Xpath expression ? e.g. extractvalue(mycolumn,'/element@att') Doesn't seem to work. Appears you can only get elements and values not attributes Regards Steven
Sorry for my unrelated topic, but have you guys been receiving multiple copies from iiugs of exactly the same topic lately? For example, I've received two on this one and several on others. This has happened to me since last couple of days. I don't know whether it involves my own yahoo email or the iiug.org server. I can't speak for anyone else, but I've only been getting one of each. --EEM >-----Original Message----- >From: ids-bounces@iiug.org [mailto:ids-bounces@iiug.org] On Behalf Of >Kern Doe >Sent: Thursday, December 15, 2011 1:44 PM >To: ids@iiug.org >Subject: Re: Xpath Processing -- DUPLICATE EMAIL RECEIV....
